Holidays & Psychodrama
We invite you during the summer holidays to spend a week together in a well being process on the historic island of Lesvos in the Aegean Sea.
Forty hours of experiential workshops organized in such a way as to allow us to enjoy the sea, the sun, the famous Mytilini cuisine, the sunsets in Molivos , the August full moon and the nightlife.
The timetable is formed in such a way so that people who live and work on the island and students to participate as well.
Τι είναι το ψυχόδραμα
Το ψυχόδραμα είναι μια μέθοδος δράσης και γοητείας βασισμένη στο αρχαίο Ελληνικό θέατρο.
Είναι η μέθοδος αυτογνωσίας και θεραπείας κατά την οποία εμείς τα άτομα καλούμεθα να δράσουμε και όχι να εξιστορήσουμε μέσω λόγου τα όσα μας συμβαίνουν ή έχουν συμβεί στη ζωή μας και που θέλουμε να τα καταλάβουμε ή και να τ’ αντιμετωπίσουμε. Έτσι, όλα αυτά τα μικρά ή τα μεγάλα έρχονται στη σκηνή του ψυχοδράματος, βιώνονται, αναβιώνονται (παλιές και καινούριες χαρές, έρωτες, πένθη, ανεπάρκειες ,τωρινές δυσκολίες, μελλούμενα σχέδια) και, συνειδητοποιώντας δια του βιώματος επί σκηνής, δοκιμάζοντας κάποιες φορές νέους τρόπους και ρόλους και αναβιώνοντάς τα καθαίρονται στη θάλασσα της «περίσσειας πραγματικότητας» (surplus reality), τόσο για το άτομο όσο και για την ομάδα.

In 2008 she has founded the Athens Psychodrama institute (member of FEPTO as a training organization from 2013) coordinating with Endohora (Nikos Takis) the organization of the 11th FEPTO conference and FEPTO’s annual meeting 2016.
She works as a psychologist with children adults and famillies over 35 years in private and Public practice such as Rrevention Programs of mental health in the Community with emphasis in schools, groups of adults and private sessions, mass distruction and trauma, practicing psychodrama with childen and adults as well as special groups such as cancer patients.
Elected member at the board of Greek Psychologist Association (member of EFPA) for many years.

Kousteni
psychologist, psychodramatist-psychotherapist, theater & cinema director
Agapi Kousteni is MSc Psychologist and Psychotherapist – Psychodrama Leader since 2010. She has gradueted from National – Kapodistrian University of Athens and Psychodrama Institut fur Europa (P.I.f.E.). From 2008 she has directed psychodramatic groups for adults and children at her private office. The last eight years is conducting psychodramtic and sociodramatic groups for primary school children at public and private schools. She is also working at public servises and organisations for homeless and refugee people and at self awareness groups for lgbtq+ people. Since last year (2017) she is cooperating with Athens Psychodrama Institute.
She is directing cinematic and theatrical plays using psychodramatic techniques.
